Missouri Revised Statutes § 210.135 - Immunity from liability, when — exception — preliminary evaluation required, when

Certain people and institutions get immunity from civil or criminal liability for listed child-protection reporting and related activities, unless they file a false report or act in bad faith or with ill intent. The division must also do a preliminary evaluation in a child death or serious injury case after a report.
