Missouri Revised Statutes § 210.148 - Juveniles with problem sexual behavior reports, procedure — definition — rulemaking authority

The division must promptly send certain juvenile problem-sexual-behavior reports to the appropriate local office, the local office must use a family assessment approach, and the division must adopt implementing rules within 180 days after August 28, 2015.
