Missouri Revised Statutes § 227.200 - Failure to comply with requirements
If a bank or trust company fails to comply with sections 227.180 and 227.190, it must surrender the deposited money, and the state highways and transportation commission must move the trust funds to another compliant Missouri bank or trust company.
