Missouri Revised Statutes § 236.040 - Additional information to be set out

236.040. Additional information to be set out. — In the case supposed in section 236.020, the person or corporation proposing to erect a dam shall file a petition as provided in section 236.030, and in addition thereto shall set forth: (1) The name and place of residence of the owner of the land on the other side of the watercourse whereon to abut such dam; (2) On what side of the watercourse it is proposed to erect such mill, electric power and light works, or other machinery in connection with the dam; and (3) A prayer that the title to one acre of the land on the opposite side of such watercourse, to include the place where to abut such dam, may be decreed to such person or corporation, and that the same may be set apart by metes and bounds.
