Missouri Revised Statutes § 242.720 - Survey and reclamation plan — how made — exceptions

The chief engineer must survey relevant lands and report to the board, and the board must adopt a reclamation plan, levy and publish notice of taxes and charges, and hear exceptions. Landowners may file exceptions within 10 days, and dissatisfied landowners may seek circuit court review.
