Missouri Revised Statutes § 247.410 - Board — compensation — removal
Board members get a $5 attendance fee for each regular board meeting, limited to two paid meetings per month, and reimbursement for actual expenses. The secretary and treasurer get a monthly salary fixed by the board. The circuit court may remove directors for good cause after petition, notice, and hearing.
