Missouri Revised Statutes § 262.250 - Entry fees — classification
The commission may charge an entry fee, the director decides classification questions, animals and articles must be entered in the proper class, and sales tax may not be charged on authorized entry fees or charges (subject to chapter 144 exemptions).
