Missouri Revised Statutes § 293.400 - Coal dust controls
Coal mine operators must prevent excessive coal dust and use water, wetting agents, or other effective methods to control dust. Coal mines must also be rock-dusted, with an exception for certain wet or high-incombustible-content locations, and rock dust must meet a 65% incombustible-content minimum.
