Missouri Revised Statutes § 301.644 - Electronic signature permitted, when

If an insurer has paid or is paying a total loss claim on a motor vehicle or trailer, the registered owner may use an electronic signature on certain transfer documents, and notarization is not required for those electronically signed documents. The director of revenue may also make rules to administer the section.
