Missouri Revised Statutes § 324.045 - Default decision entered, when — set aside, when — good cause defined

If a licensee does not respond in a properly noticed disciplinary proceeding, the board or related division office must enter a default decision and give written notice. A default decision may be challenged by motion showing a meritorious defense and good cause, within 30 days.
