Missouri Revised Statutes § 347.067 - Binding act after dissolution, manner — unauthorized acts
After dissolution, an authorized person may bind the limited liability company for winding up or unfinished transactions, and in some other transactions if the other party lacked notice of dissolution and meets the stated credit/knowledge conditions.
