348.120. Note issue and renewal — bond issues and refunding authorized. — 1. The authority shall have the power, from time to time, to issue notes to renew notes and bonds to pay notes, including the interest thereon, and, whenever it deems refunding expedient, to refund any bonds by the issuance of new bonds, whether the bonds to be refunded have or have not matured, and to issue bonds partly to refund bonds then outstanding and partly for any of its corporate* purposes. 2. Bonds or notes may be issued under the provisions of sections 348.005 to 348.180 without obtaining the consent of any department, division, commission, board, body, bureau, or agency of this state, and without any other proceedings or the happening of any conditions or things other than those proceedings, conditions, or things which are specifically required by sections 348.005 to 348.180 and by the provisions of the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds or notes, or the trust agreement securing the same.
