Missouri Revised Statutes § 351.502 - Decree of dissolution
If the court finds grounds for judicial dissolution, it may issue a decree dissolving the corporation. The clerk must send a certified copy to the secretary of state, and the court must direct winding up, liquidation, and notice to claimants.
