Missouri Revised Statutes § 361.310 - Information to prosecuting attorney
When the director of finance takes charge or possession of a corporation under section 361.300, they must promptly and repeatedly give the county prosecuting attorney information and evidence about any criminal-law violations by the corporation’s officers, directors, or employees.
