Missouri Revised Statutes § 375.430 - Certificate revoked if judgment not satisfied

If an insurance company gets a judgment against it in a Missouri court and does not satisfy it within 15 days after execution is issued, the director of commerce and insurance must suspend or revoke its certificate or license, and the company may not do business in the state until the judgment is paid.
