Missouri Revised Statutes § 376.1025 - Director may adopt rules
The director may adopt regulations needed to carry out sections 376.1000 to 376.1045 and to keep multiple employer self-insured health plans operating safely and properly, but the rule does not take effect unless it is promulgated under section 536.024.
