Missouri Revised Statutes § 379.155 - Coinsurance provisions declared void — exception
Fire insurance policies issued after this section starts must not include certain coinsurance or other-insurance clauses, except for certain personal-property policies in cities of 100,000+ inhabitants when the insured signs an exemption agreement.
