Missouri Revised Statutes § 386.145 - Records destroyed, when

The chairman of the public service commission may destroy or otherwise dispose of certain records, financial statements, and public documents if they have been on file for at least five years and are obsolete or no longer of public use or value, except items involved in litigation or dispute.
