Missouri Revised Statutes § 392.100 - May enter upon lands, when
Certain companies may enter land to survey and examine sites for telephone or telegraph lines, use as much land as needed for structures and fixtures, move line locations when necessary, access the line to build and repair it, and pursue right-of-way and condemnation under law.
