Missouri Revised Statutes § 407.910 - Violations — punitive damage and costs authorized
An art dealer or art dealer’s creditor who violates sections 407.900 to 407.910 with intent to injure must pay the artist punitive damages and reasonable attorney’s fees, on top of other damages and costs.
