Missouri Revised Statutes § 429.200 - Personal representative made party, when
If a party covered by section 429.190 dies, the personal representative must be joined in the case; if there is no personal representative, the heirs or devisees may be joined, and minors may need guardians, conservators, or a guardian ad litem.
