Missouri Revised Statutes § 43.512 - Charge code manual, publication, use
The central repository must, with supreme court approval, publish and provide a standard Missouri offense code manual to criminal justice officials, and criminal justice agencies must use it for reporting under sections 43.500 to 43.530.
