Missouri Revised Statutes § 443.240 - Judgment on personal service
If the mortgagor or debtor has been duly summoned or appears, and the plaintiff wins, the judgment follows section 443.230 and any unpaid balance may be collected from the mortgagor or debtor’s other property.
