Missouri Revised Statutes § 444.410 - Members, interstate mining commission — appointment — compensation
The governor must appoint one Missouri member and one alternate member to the interstate mining commission, with the senate’s advice and consent. The state’s member or alternate is entitled to expense reimbursement, and may also receive $50 per day if not a state employee.
