Missouri Revised Statutes § 444.786 - Operation without permit prohibited, penalty

444.786. Operation without permit prohibited, penalty. — Any person required by sections 444.760 to 444.790 to have a permit who engages in the mining of minerals without previously securing a permit to do so as prescribed by sections 444.760 to 444.790, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than one thousand dollars. Each day of operation without the permit required by sections 444.760 to 444.790 will be deemed a separate violation. (L. 1971 H.B. 519 § 13, A.L. 1990 H.B. 1584, A.L. 2001 H.B. 453)
