Missouri Revised Statutes § 473.150 - Remaining executor or administrator to continue
If one of several executors can no longer serve, the remaining executors must carry out the estate duties. The court may also revoke the surviving executor’s letters and appoint administration with the will annexed if that would serve the estate’s interests.
