Missouri Revised Statutes § 476.560 - Disqualification by improper behavior
A judge who has been convicted of a felony, removed from office for impeachment or misconduct, or disbarred from practicing law is not covered by the benefits in sections 476.515 to 476.570, except as section 476.540 provides.
