Missouri Revised Statutes § 50.430 - Commission determination final, when — interest — misdemeanor
If the delinquent does not appear at the next succeeding term and show good cause, the settlement becomes final, the amount due earns 30% annual interest until paid, and the delinquent is treated as guilty of a misdemeanor in office.
