Missouri Revised Statutes § 511.560 - Judgment revived by or against administrator de bonis non
If an executor or administrator who is a party to a judgment or decree dies, resigns, or is dismissed before it is satisfied or carried into effect, the judgment or decree may be revived by or against the administrator de bonis non.
