Missouri Revised Statutes § 511.775 - Judgment final — appeal not to affect
This section says Sections 511.770 to 511.787 still apply to a foreign country judgment if it is final, conclusive, and enforceable where rendered, even when an appeal is pending or the judgment can be appealed.
