Missouri Revised Statutes § 512.320 - Judgment against sureties, when
If an application for a trial de novo from an associate circuit judge is decided against the applicant, the judgment may be entered against the applicant, and also against the applicant’s sureties if a recognizance for the trial de novo was given.
