Missouri Revised Statutes § 521.820 - Effect of overruling objections

If objections are overruled, the bond is treated as sufficient for the sheriff or officer; if security is found insufficient, the court may require an additional bond, and approval of that bond gives the sheriff or officer the law’s protection.
