Missouri Revised Statutes § 522.120 - Judgment, how satisfied
If a judgment on an official bond is obtained against a principal and sureties, the plaintiff or attorney must endorse an execution directing that the amount be levied first on the principal’s property and only then on the sureties’ property if needed.
