Missouri Revised Statutes § 526.050 - Temporary injunction, when granted
A temporary injunction may be granted when the petition shows the plaintiff is entitled to the requested relief and the requested relief involves stopping the defendant from doing an act that would harm the plaintiff during the case, or stopping conduct that could make the judgment ineffective.
