Missouri Revised Statutes § 532.500 - Prisoner remanded, when
If a prisoner is not entitled to discharge and is not bailed, the court must remand the prisoner or keep the prisoner under the prior restraint; if that person is not entitled, the prisoner must be committed to the custody of the legally entitled officer or person.
