Missouri Revised Statutes § 56.340 - Fees — records — collection (second, third and fourth class counties)
In second, third, and fourth class counties, the prosecuting attorney must collect office fees for the county, pay collected fees to the county treasury monthly, file a receipt, and report collected and unpaid fees; the county commission must pursue collection of unpaid fees.
