Missouri Revised Statutes § 60.100 - May charge for services (second, third, and fourth class counties)
In second, third, and fourth class counties, the county surveyor may charge an agreed sum for services and must use that sum to pay necessary assistants, provide a plat to the employer, and record the plat as required by law.
