Missouri Revised Statutes § 630.945 - Maximum and intermediate facilities, work hours limited — exception for emergencies
Certain state employees in maximum or intermediate security mental health facilities must not be required to work more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period, unless there is an emergency workforce shortage declared by the Department of Mental Health.
