Missouri Revised Statutes § 644.066 - Public hearings, how conducted — transcripts available — discovery proceedings — hearings before single commissioner, when — final orders, how approved
Public hearing testimony must be sworn and stenographically recorded, transcripts must be made available on payment of the usual charge, and commission final actions need written approval by at least four members.
