Missouri Revised Statutes § 8.565

The authority must dissolve within two years after its bonds and obligations are fully paid and satisfied, unless it must stay alive to finish certain existing covenants or provisions. When it dissolves, its assets go to the state and into the state’s general revenue fund, and it must sign any needed transfer documents
