§ 54C-83. Involuntary liquidation.

The Commissioner of Banks may take custody of a savings bank’s books, records, and assets in specified trouble cases, then appoint a receiver if the problems continue; a receiver must take possession and can liquidate, while the bank can challenge the receiver within 30 days.
