§ 50A-111. Taking testimony in another state.

In child-custody cases, a party may present out-of-state witness testimony, and the court may manage or order that testimony to be taken in another state; the court must cooperate with other states, and certain transmitted documentary evidence cannot be excluded just because of the transmission method.
