§ 74C-17. Enforcement.

The Board can seek an injunction, assess civil penalties up to $2,000 per violation, and must remit penalty proceeds to the Civil Penalty and Forfeiture Fund. Violations are also Class 1 misdemeanors, and the Attorney General may prosecute them.
