§ 90-18. 6. Requirements for certain nicotine replacement therapy programs.
The Trust Fund or the Department may run a tobacco-use cessation program, use agents or contractors for nicotine replacement therapy services, and must report the supervising physician’s name to the North Carolina Medical Board.
