§ 14-112. Obtaining merchandise on approval.

A person who takes merchandise on approval from a merchant and, after demand, refuses to return it unused and undamaged or to pay for it, commits a Class 2 misdemeanor, unless the sale was under a written contract signed by the purchaser.
