§ 108D-14. (Effective until contingency met — see note) Expedited managed care entity level appeals.

An enrollee may request an expedited appeal when a normal appeal could seriously harm life, health, or function. The managed care entity must give notices quickly, resolve the appeal on an expedited timeline, continue Medicaid benefits where required, and provide help with the appeal process.
