§ 47A-25. Damage to or destruction of property; repair or restoration; partition sale on resolution not to restore.
If a building is damaged or destroyed, the manager or board must promptly repair and restore it using insurance proceeds, and unit owners are liable for any shortfall. If more than two-thirds is destroyed and three-fourths of the owners vote not to rebuild, different partition rules apply.
