§ 73-28. Final judgment; costs and execution.

If the plaintiff loses and has no damage, the plaintiff must pay the proceeding costs. If the plaintiff wins, the plaintiff may get execution for one year’s damages and all costs, subject to a $5 damage minimum rule.
