§ 159B-33. Eminent domain.

This section gives municipalities in joint projects and joint agencies eminent domain power, but bars them from condemning existing electric power facilities. It also gives the North Carolina Utilities Commission authority over certain crossings, condemnation requests, damages, and appeals.
