§ 120-209. 4. (Effective until contingency met — see note) Reports to Committee.
When the Department of Health and Human Services must report on Medicaid or NC Health Choice matters, it must also send a copy of that report to the cochairs of the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Medicaid and NC Health Choice.
